WHY CHOOSE CrossFit Navigate?

What makes us different is our constant pursuit of excellence in three areas: Coaching, Facility and Community. Our goal is to make your time at the gym, the best hour of your day!

Our coaches are our greatest resource. They are motivated by helping clients reach their goals. Whether you’re out of shape or at the top of you game, we can help you.

We are conveniently located in Old Town Pompano on Flagler Avenue. Our facility has some of the best equipment and is well stocked to meet your training requirements.

CrossFit can seem intimidating, but our community welcomes new members with open arms.

If you have been consistently CrossFitting for at least six months, you can join directly into our CrossFit program by setting up an Athlete Evaluation session with one of our coaches. This gives us the opportunity to ensure you will have a positive experience in our group classes. Once you’ve been passed the evaluation, you can start your membership by using clicking below.

  • Fundamentals 101

The program is designed to safely introduce you to CrossFit. We know that trying a new workout routine or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our Fundamentals 101 classes to allow anyone to jump right in. No previous experience is necessary and classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Our goal with this program is to give you a taste of the amazing results that CrossFit can produce, so you can see why so many people around the world are hooked. We offer this class on Monday & Tuesday night at 7pm.

  • What can I expect from Fundamentals 101?

Each class includes a coach-led warm-up, a thorough review of the movements to be performed during the class, and hands-on practice of these movements. Each class will finish with a workout involving some on those movements. Each class is different and can include activities like running, body weight movements, kettle bells, wall balls, or rowing. Fundamentals 101 will also introduce you to the basics of barbell movements like the squat and deadlift. The focus with these movements will be on proper form and technique, not how much weight you can lift. Many people are intimidated by these movements, which is understandable since the idea of lifting heavy weight can be unsettling, but the truth is, any fitness program that doesn’t include these movements is systematically flawed.

  • How long before joining the CrossFit program?

This will be different for everyone. If you’re interested in transitioning to CrossFit, ask a coach about the requirements, they’ll be happy to help.
