What is CrossFit and Why?

CrossFit is an incredibly effective method of burning fat and building muscle. It is a core strength and conditioning program. We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are instructor-led, and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

Workouts are constantly varied and unique, which means every workout uses different exercises ensuring that you always make progress and never get bored. Some exercises will be familiar and many will be new, but you will always be challenged to achieve elite fitness. Anyone can excel at CrossFit, and everyone who is committed will. It will change your life and how you view health and fitness. You will never be expected to lift weights beyond your fitness level or perform movements beyond your skill set. However, you will always be coached, encouraged, and challenged to improve your performance and test your ability.

CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains.

FACILITY

Conveniently located on N.Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, we have over 1,300 lbs of weight to throw around, rowers to get your sweat on, racks to hang from, medicine balls to toss, and friendships to be made.

FACILITY

Our facility is designed for you to get the most out of your hour workout and burn as many calories as possible. Depending upon the work out of the day (WOD), we have over 1,300 lbs of bumper plates to lift, press, snatch or squat. We have medicine balls for all skill levels to toss, twist or sit up. Our Rouge rack is perfect to work on your pull ups, ring dips, and muscle ups. Don’t forget about our matted floor which is perfect for sit ups, push ups, burpees, and reflecting upon how proud you are of yourself after a long hard work out.
