What is CrossFit and Why?

CrossFit is an incredibly effective method of burning fat and building muscle. It is a core strength and conditioning program. We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are instructor-led, and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

Workouts are constantly varied and unique, which means every workout uses different exercises ensuring that you always make progress and never get bored. Some exercises will be familiar and many will be new, but you will always be challenged to achieve elite fitness. Anyone can excel at CrossFit, and everyone who is committed will. It will change your life and how you view health and fitness. You will never be expected to lift weights beyond your fitness level or perform movements beyond your skill set. However, you will always be coached, encouraged, and challenged to improve your performance and test your ability.

CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains.


We have created an environment where people from all walks of life and fitness levels have come together to form a community that supports, encourages and motivates each other to increase their fitness level and quality of life. Every person who is part of our community gets individual attention. We not only work on developing strength, conditioning and new skills we also assist you in developing and accomplishing goals related to your nutrition…Each person has their own reasons for being here.

We are located on N. Federal Highway in Pompano Beach just north of 14th Street, across the street from Pompano Municipal Golf Course and just minutes from I-95 off Exit 38 (Copans Road).

We have two bathrooms, a lounge area with plenty of seating and storage, and a fully stocked retail area with apparel and supplements.
